Where can I use my meal plan?
Click Enter to see the detailsYou can use your meal swipes to redeem an all-you-care-to-eat meal at our dining halls, Johnson Dining Hall and West Campus Dining Hall. Dining Points can be redeemed at our retail locations: Appell Café, Spart's Den, or Starbucks. Dining Points may also be used in Johnson or West Campus Dining Hall in lieu of a meal swipe if you'd like. Both meal swipes and Dining Points are attached to your student ID, which is how you'll pay on campus.
What are Dining Points?
Click Enter to see the detailsDining Points are a declining balance fund attached straight on your student ID - think of it like a debit card! Each Dining Point = $1 and as you spend them, your balance declines. Purchases are sales tax-free when you spend Dining Points in our retail locations.
How do I add more Dining Points if I run out?
Click Enter to see the detailsYou can add more Dining Points throughout the semester by either visiting the Business Office (located in the Miller Administrative Building) with cash or check, or by logging into your Atrium portal and paying with credit or debit.
Can I order ahead?

What if I have special dietary needs?
Click Enter to see the detailsOur trained culinary staff takes seriously all nutritional needs and dietary restrictions for our campus community. We have a variety of options including our Simple Servings station in Johnson Dining Hall - designed specifically for students with food allergies and dietary intolerances. Meals offered at this station are prepared without the Top 9 allergens - milk, eggs, gluten, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. Our dining locations at York College of Pennsylvania offer a variety of plant-based meal options as well for our students seeking vegan and vegetarian options as well.
We have a registered dietitian on staff that can help navigate campus dining with a dietary concern, food allergy or intolerance.

If I don't live in on-campus housing, can I still get a meal plan?
Click Enter to see the detailsYES! We offer our meal plans to any students enrolled at YCP, including upper-class students and commuting students.
How do I know how many meal swipes I have left?
Click Enter to see the detailsThe easiest way is to check your account on the Everyday app. Simply click the "More" menu, then select the Payment Methods tab. You'll need to add your Campus Card to your account, but once completed, you'll be able to easily review your meal swipe and Dining Point balance at any time. You can also ask a dining hall cashier to check your balance or look it up on your MyYCP site.
*Note - Dining Points are called "Meal Plan Dining Points" on the Everyday app and campus ordering kiosks at Appell Café and Spart's Den.
Does my meal plan carry over to the next semester?
Click Enter to see the detailsMeal swipes do not carry over from the fall to spring semester. Dining Points rollover from fall to spring only for students who had a fall meal plan and are enrolled and purchase a meal plan in the spring semester. Unused meal swipes and unused Dining Points at the end of each semester are non-refundable. Make sure you maximize your meal plan use before leaving at the end of each semester!
What if I run out of meal swipes before the semester is over?
Click Enter to see the detailsStudents can purchase more than one meal plan block each term. If you need a boost, consider purchasing a block 125 or block 50 meal plan to get you through. Just keep in mind that unused meal swipes do not carry over to the next semester.
